O2 customer account login error EBPP_1102
EBPP_1102 Error Message O2 mobile phone provider uk customer login Added: 2008-06-12 12:37:45 I was receiving the following error message when logging in to my o2 online account. EBPP_1102: An error has occurred for the UserName ****** while processing the account number I did some research and it seems a lot of people are having this problem. I did some cross browser testing and found, the usual story...........THIS ONLY HAPPENS IN INTERNET EXPLORER 7.0! I tested internet explorer 6.0! guess what: There was a problem processing your login If you are not automatically redirected please click here and try again. If the problem persists please contact the helpdesk and quote - Login Error 1 The following browsers work perfectly on Win XP: Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.14 Safari 3.1 (PC) Netscape Navigator 9.0 Opera 9.25 My views: Kind of simple really, if I can make my applications work with all browsers and im a one man show, surely o2, should not be fobbing me off when I call or email, I contacted them about six months ago about this problem, I never really though about testing browser compatibility. Well as they did not have the decensy to call back with some information, I will not be calling them to tell them what I have found out, they can find it through google like everyone else. Anyone guys! Moral of the story............use Mozilla Firefox or similar, always, O2 havent fixed this issue in the past year of so, so i highly doubt they ever will!
