I am currently working on a bespoke order processing system for my client, this system will streamline my clients order process by taking away the need to duplicate data and send multiples of email.

My client came to me with a problem, they spend a long time processing orders when they receive them via there website.

The process entails receiving an order from there website, recording the order on in house spreadsheets, creating individual purchase orders for each element of an order, email all suppliers with individual elements of the order, email the invoice to accounts for processing, calculate sales person comission based on each sale.

As you see this is quite a costly and time consuming process for my client

The system I am developing will allow my client to carry out all of the above process by simply entering the order data once, the system will then generate individual purchases orders, produce produce all invoices and purchase order in PDF format, email PDF documents to suppliers and accounting for processing.

My client has staff based all over the country and therefore needs a solution that can be accessed from anywhere.

The system I am designing will be PHP / MYSQL driven and stored on a dedicated server, the server will be accessed via a secure socket layer, eliminating any security issues, the system has various levels of adminstration and privlages can be set by the administrators as required.

Offering a complete solution to my clients problem, by completely automating the process from start to finish.
